Updated Guide to using the SPA-3000

My original article on using the SPA-3000 was extremely popular but with new versions of Asterisk and Asterisk@Home, the original instructions don't work quite right. After finally upgrading my own system to Asterisk@Home 2.1, I needed to get the SPA-3000 back working again. This new article is all updated and tested, so if you use the SPA-3000, you can now get it back working properly.
