trixbox 2.2 RC2

We have just posted release candidate 2 of trixbox 2.2. This is looking to be VERY solid. At this pace we will have 2.2 final on Monday unless something really serious comes up.

• Lots of bug fixes
• Improvements to endpoint manager
• Improvements to network manager
